Italian council flooded rejecting measures of climate change

Ironically, after two minutes of rejecting the measures of climate change, the Veneto regional council (Italian council)  was flooded for the first time in history.

The historic Italian city has been facing the worst flooding in more than 50 years.

Among the rejected amendments were measures to fund renewable sources, to replace diesel buses with "more efficient and less polluting ones",  to scrap polluting stoves and reduce the impact of plastics.
