Climate change ruining monsoon in India

Monsoon is central to millions of farmers in India as they rely on rain to nourish their field. But the current climate change pace is ruining the monsoon and the seasonal rain has become more intense and less predictable.

India is also facing the problem of drought with the temperature rising constantly. The dryness between storms have gotten longer which directly decreases the rain that penetrates the soil. Also, the number of days with very heavy rains has increased over the last century.

Global warming has destroyed the concept of monsoon.
