119 dead and 67 still missing after flood in Indonesia
As reinforcements arrived to help in the aftermath of a tropical cyclone that killed at least 119 people, rescuers are searching for dozens missing in the remote islands of southeast Indonesia.
Seroja, tropical cyclone has brought heavy rain and triggered deadly floods and landslides. Helicopters were deployed to aid the search and ships carrying food, water, blankets and medicine reached ports previously blocked by high waves.
Indonesia’s disaster agency updated the death toll from 86 to 119 and still seventy-six people were missing.
